Our experiences from working with quality assurance of educations in healthcare and development of higher vocational educations, such as elderly specialized Assistant Nurse, Child Specialized Assistant Nurse, Autopsy Technician and quality assurance of the Assistant Nurse education in Sweden, has been been further transformed into educations on an international level. We do also provide tailor made educations for nurses, midwifes and doctors in collaboration with other experts in the field.

Experiences that we bring into our development work with our collaborative partners, emerges from many years of transformative work with strengthening the nurse´s role as a team leader by establishing a new profession for the healthcare sector in Sweden: the Certified Assistant Nurse, as well as best practices out of a global perspective. The shortage of nurses is not just a problem in Sweden; it is a worldwide challenge. Together with our partners and experts in the field, we provide tailor made educations, out of the specific needs, that can be scaled up and implemented on a local, regional, national and international level.
