INTRODUCTION
The group-leader education is developed for those who will lead, or lead employees without being a manager. The course provides theoretical and practical tools to be able to contribute to motivated employees and good results in your healthcare facility.
The training provides in-depth knowledge of what it means to be a group leader, employeeship and tools for leading the work in the team, based on the business’s goals. Central parts of the training include the importance of the leader in relation to the group’s performance, team development, communication, and conflict management.

Aisha has many years of experience in senior positions in education, healthcare, and social care both in Sweden and internationally. She has worked as a nurse in emergency care, elderly care, primary care, and many years in the school system as a teacher, coach, and supervisor.
Aisha also has extensive experience as a regional Manager within the Health and Social Care College in the Stockholm region, where she has led partners in education and working life, at local and regional level. One of Aisha’s areas of expertise is leadership and communication. She has been engaged as a lecturer at major international conferences such as the World Expo in Dubai and the International Nursing Conclave in Delhi. In GHCC Sweden, Aisha, together with its partners, and have quality assured and developed healthcare educations for the global market.
